Follow these policies for a successful return/exchange



We understand that it can be difficult to know how your veil or headpiece is going to look with your hair or dress. That is why a return policy such as ours is an essential to have when making your online purchase. We want you to feel comfortable buying from us, yet we also need to maintain our return policy proceedures to maintain our great low prices. We are a friendly staff and are more than happy to help you.

Our product return/exchange & warranty is 10 Days.

1.) Returns: Once the order has been delivered to the shipping address you have 10 days till it must be postmarked for return or exchange. It does not need to be back to us in 10 days, just post marked by the tenth day from when the item was delivered.(see #2 below) **If your wedding is in less than 10 days from when it was delivered, the return MUST be postmarked 2 days prior to the wedding date stated on your order at time of purchase.**

There is a 5% restocking fee on veil returns. (This is a very minimal charge. For example: 5% of $50 is $2.50) There is no restocking fee on headpieces.

Items postmarked later than our allowance WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER -- NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are friendly & more than happy to help you with your return/exchange needs within that time.

No Returns or Exchanges on the following items:
***Custom tailor made veil lengths, widths, tiers, designs or colors
(You will know if your veil is custom because you have to call us with your specific custom needs plus veils offered for sale on website are not custom)

*** Rhinestone edge veils

*** All and any close out item
***Specialty Veils
***Veils with colored rhinestone accents

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your veil for another, it must be done within the same period as stated above for returns. A charge of $4.60 (reshipping postage back to you) + 5% of new veil price will be placed on your card to cover re-making costs. (This is a very minimal charge. For example: 5% of $50 is $2.50)

2.) We work with thousands of brides like you every year and make each veil with absolute care and strive for your happiness. However we strongly uphold our 10 day policy. If you have a change in plans, your fitting didn't happen in time for any reason, the veil doesn't match the dress, the color isn't right, you made a mistake, you feel we made a mistake, your dress came in late, you have found somthing else, you don't like it, you've been too busy, you've been sick, you've been out of town, you didn't take it out of the box, you were confused, no matter the reason : the 10 day policy still applies - Please do not ask us to make an exception for you since every bride seems to have "special" circumstances as to why they want to return/exchange outside of the 10 day policy. We are friendly & more than happy to help you with your return/exchange needs within that time and greatly appreciate your business.

3.) We pack your order securely & neatly, and we ask that you extend us the same courtesy with your return. We must receive your return in the original, new condition. We suggest you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way. Item(s) returned must be received in their original, new condition. Our warranty/exchange/return policy is not applicable to damage you cause or is a result of your neglect.

4.) Veils & headpieces are delicate items that can be easily damaged by repeated handling, therefor our product warranty does NOT exceed 10 days. We will gladly replace any item that is defective, but we MUST be notified within the 10 days. After the 10th day we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.

Package the veil or headpiece carefully and properly. If the item is damaged during shipment due to your neglect of proper packaging - you will not be refunded. Returns/exchanges that don't arrive back to us due to being lost through transportation cannot be refunded.

5.) Once the returned item is received, we will issue a credit for the purchase price only (minus 5%), not including shipping charges. The credit will be issued in the same form you paid for the order.
